Observation: Rodent droppings located throughout the facility, mainly at hard to reach areas.
Corrective Action(s): Remove rodent droppings, clean and sanitize hard to reach areas (e.g., wall to floor junction) throughout the facility. Correct this by: 2 weeks.

Observation: Observed many items, mainly hall ways to washrooms, stored directly on the floor.

Observation: General sanitation improvement required in the kitchen. Key locations to focus:
- Under the grill.
- Under the 2 compartment sink.
- Under the dishwasher.

Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing station is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
All coolers measured at 4C or less.
Freezers at adequate temperature - foods in frozen states.
Hot holding measured >60C or more.
Ice machine in sanitary condition.
Food contact surface sanitizer pail measured at 200 ppm chlorine.
Low temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle was measured at 100 ppm chlorine at the plate level.
Monthly pest control in place.
