**As discussed, ensure that for next year, the concession manager/operator contacts the district EHO for an inspection PRIOR to opening for the season.
-Handsink equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
Facility now has a 3 compartment sink, bleach available to sanitize dishes
Quat sanitizer is at 200 ppm QUATS
As there is no commercial ventilation setup, there is no cooking of meats allowed inside the concession as this will release grease vapors that can lead to sanitation and potential fire hazard issues without a proper fumehood/fire suppression system. When BBQ is setup outside for cooking of hot dogs and burgers, tent must be setup as well.
Pop cooler: 0 deg C
