Follow up regarding the sanitation complaint. Complaint provided another feedback that some changes have been made in the cleanliness of the restaurant. However, complainant said that he is still concerned if the food safety is being followed by employees. Discussed the follow up with the general manager: She said that washroom checks are done regularly throughout the day and a tracker sheet is now in place for staff safety and cleanliness. Washrooms were provide with full soap in dispensers and air dryer in good working order. General sanitation was satisfactory at time of inspection. However, regular checks required to maintain them in sanitary condition. Lobby area was fine. Staff was sweeping the floor. Sweeping and mopping done throughout the day. Hand sink at the front service area not visible from customers point of view so it may appear that staff did not wash hands when they go back into the prep area. Discussed food safety training once again with the general manager.
