Observation: Facility has an on going contract with pest control company. Rodent activity has been noted on the last 2 inspection reports (Jan 9, 2020 & Jan 24, 2020). Holes/gaps have been noted in the kitchen, server pass area , and lounge/bar area have been identified as potential entry points for rodents. Some work has been done to rodent proof the entry points identified by the pest control company.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all entry points identified by the pest control company are properly sealed and made rodent proof.

Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted:
All cooler units less than or equal to 4C and equipped with thermometers.
Temperature logs maintained for food products.
Freezer units between -13C to -18C.
Chlorine dishwasher achieved a final rinse concentration of 100ppm at plate level.
General sanitation satisfactory. No rodent droppings noted.
Quats dispenser at 200ppm. Test strips available.
Wiping rags stored in sanitizing solution and placed in food preparation areas.
Food items stored at least 6 inches off the ground and properly covered.
Hand washing stations satisfactory.
Dry storage area organized.
