Operator deployed 3 trays of rodent poison in storage rooms.
Corrective Action(s): Raw meats and eggs are to be stored below and away from contacting potentially ready to eat food items.

Rodent poison removed and discarded. Use of rodent poison within the premise is not permitted.

Mouse droppings observed on shelf below food preparation sink, floor below kitchen entrance shelving unit, around chest freezer of small storage room and on floor under shelving units in large storage room.
Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of food and debris from surfaces.
Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine) after cleaning.
