Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have all hard to reach areas cleaned on a more regular basis.

Observation: High temperature dishwasher requires a repair. Manager had already contacted technician and been waiting for parts to arrive.
Corrective Action(s): Continue with manual dishwashing using 3 compartment sink. Have the dishwasher repaired and contact the health inspector to notify.

Comments

Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
-Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at/below -18'C.
-Thermometers available for temperature monitoring.
-200ppm Quats available in buckets. Wall mounted dispenser at <400ppm.
-General sanitation of the facility satisfactory, except areas mentioned above.
-No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.
-Professional pest control company contracted. Recent reports kept on site.
-Operator has a valid Foodsafe certificate.
-Washroom handsink satisfactory.

NOTE: Facility is currently using 3 compartment sink for manual dishwashing until mechanical dishwasher is repaired. Ensure to have the dishwasher repaired and contact the health inspector for a follow-up inspection. Until then, ensure all equipment/tools are washed with soap/water --> rinsed with warm water (45'C) --> sanitized by soaking in 200ppm Quats for at least 2 min.

Covid-19 checks:
- Take-out/pick-up only.
- Washroom for public closed.
- Markings on floor. All staff/customers to wear masks inside the facility.
- Plexiglass barrier present at front between staff and customers.
- Signages on front door and hand sanitizer available for customers upon entry.
