Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Chlorine sanitizer bucket measured at 100ppm. Two 2-compartment sink available for warewashing and food preparation. High-temperature dishwasher final rinse temperature measured at 190F at the manifold.
Stand-up coolers measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezers and chest freezer measured at -18C or lower. Temperature logs are well maintained. Temperature logs shows cooling units adheres to temperature health requirements.
Raw meat stored below all ready-to-eat foods. All food are covered to prevent possible cross-contamination.
All food stored at least 6 inches above the floor.
No signs of pests observed.

NOTE: Additional freezers and dry storage located down stairs. Ensure daily cleaning and disinfection of kitchen floors underneath the gas stove area is conducted to prevent built-up of food debris.

Overall, facility is well organized.
