Report of Findings
Licensing received a complaint on September 21st, 2019, regarding care and supervision.
The allegations included the following details:
- inadequate care and supervision
- child had unexplained bruising

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was collected from interviews and records. Licensing determined the following contraventions:
