Comments

Licensing discussed the following:-
- The need for written consent from all parents to administer any product with a DIN including sunscreen and diaper cream.
- Licensee was aware of 2 new policies. Both policies are implemented. The policies need to be in writing and shared with the parents.

The inspection report was reviewed with the manager prior to signing.
Thanks for your time.
