Introduction

An unscheduled follow-up inspection to Routine Inspection # SVAA-C3CRRK dated May 25, 2021 was conducted. All newly licensed facilities in Fraser Health receive one routine and one follow up-inspection to ensure they are maintaining compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP).

Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

At this inspection there were 7 children and the Manager present. No contraventions were identified.

Licensing reviewed a new child's registration form and it is complete. Fire drill records are up to date and emergency supplies are available.

The following was discussed with the Manager:
ยท Accommodating a child with two sleeping schedules and how to actively supervise two sections of the play area

The contents of this report was discussed with the Manager and a copy was emailed on Nov. 25, 2021. This report was written off-site at the Tri-Cities Health Protection office and time spent includes report writing.
