Observation: There's grease accumulation under the fryer. Exhaust hood hasn't been serviced for a long time. This was mentioned on the last inspection report as well.
Corrective Action(s): Clean the floor and surrounding area as discussed. Get the exhaust hood serviced. Fax/email me the work order by November 30, 2017.
