Follow-up inspection to reports #251898 and #251873 all violations corrected
-100-200 ppm chlorine detected at 3 comp sink for manual dishwashing and for sanitizer bucket with wiping cloth
-Hand sink right hot temp knob has been tightened
-Sanitizer spray bottle labelled
-Mayo still stored in cooler at 4 C
-Knife holder and knives sorted in sanitary manner - ensure this holder is cleaned and sanitized regularly
-Improvements in sanitation under counter by hot water tank - continue to monitor undercounter areas for sanitation condition and pest activity.
