Observation: The facility opened for the frist day since it has been closed for thas last couple of weeks. Observed rodent droppings along the wall where canned products are stored and below the dishwasher. The owner noted that active pest control is in place by a professional company on a monthly basis. Food contact surfaces are disinfected with bleach at the start of each day.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Clean and disinfect the areas where droppings are found. The owner directed the process to staff at the time of inspection.
2. Pest control inspection report is to be emailed to the inspector.

Comments

- Handsinks are maintained with hot & cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
- 200ppm QUAT sanitizer spray bottles present at multiple locations
- Low temp dishwasher achieved 50ppm chlorine at plate's surface
- Temperatures of refrigeration units were kept at or below 4C, except for the pizza prep line cooler located across the pizza oven as it was constantly being used. Only small portions of foods are stored in the pizza prep line cooler.
- Foods are stored in pest proof containers
- A pest proof screen door is installed at the back door
- The owner is to email the recent temperature monitoring logs to the health inspector
