Operator stated no tasting or food served since covid started. May start next season.
Double sink and dishwasher (commercial) in front area. Did not test dishwasher.
Domestic fridge in service area. Less than 4 C.
Handwashing facilities ok. Two washrooms with handwashing facilities provided. All stocked with paper towels and liquid soap.

Production area looks ok. Most tanks in use but cold temperature is limiting fermentation process at this time.
Only single sink for handwashing in production area. Floor washed with hose and brushes.
