Operator added shelving and reorganized. Operator purchased some bins with lids for flour and dry storage, great job. All dried goods are off the floor, thank you. Much fewer flies. Fly light has been installed on the wall. Recommend to move this closer to dishwasher and back staff washroom area as these were the problematic areas from last inspection. Prep tables and counters appear to be a lot cleaner and more organized, thank you. Operator said they will work to organize more the dry storage area. More bins have been purchased for dry storage, thank you. No pests at the time of inspection. Donuts have been moved to covered area. Ice machine inside at bar appears clean. Great job and continue to improve and do inventory on all your food items.
