Comments

- General sanitation was satisfactory with the exception of hard to reach areas noted in violation above.
- Hot and cold running water was supplied to sinks
- Liquid soap and paper towel present at handsinks
- Coolers were operating at required temperatures (4C or colder):
- Sliding door coolers (#1) 3C, (#2) 1C
- Display cooler 4C
- Worktop cooler 4C
- Prep cooler 2C
- Countertop cooler (toppings) 4C
- Worktop freezer -13C
- Mochi in hot holding unit was 62.4C
- Time tracking in place for cooked pearls stored at room temperature. Pearls are discarded and replaced with new batch every 2 hours.
- Scoops stored in ice water.
- Ice scoop stored in sanitary manner outside of bin.
- Foods stored in a manner to prevent contamination - covered/wrapped, dry goods stored on shelving.
- High temperature dishwasher was operational and met required sanitizing temperature. Temperature at dish surface was 73.9C
- In use wiping cloths kept in buckets of sanitizer solution which measured 100-200ppm chlorine
- No signs of pest activity present at time of the inspection. Ensure monitoring is in place and action taken if any signs of pests noted.
- Foodsafe requirement met at time of inspection. Supervisor present has completed Foodsafe.
