Follow up inspection: -Tiles were installed near the handsink in the kitchen where they were previously missing. -Manager stated that they would have caulking done in this area. -Repairs were made so that the faucet at the handsink in the ladies washroom could be turned all the way to enable instant access to hot running water. -Manager is still enrolled in the FOODSAFE Level 1 Refresher course and is working at completing it. Please provide the district Environmental Health Officer a copy of your FOODSAFE Level 1 refresher course certificate upon completing this course.
