Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dried on food debris observed on wall mounted vegetable chopper.
Manager stated that chopper is no longer being used.
Corrective Action(s): Staff/management started to soak the chopper, to be washed and sanitized. Ensure all equipment and utensils on the premises are maintained in sanitary condition to prevent potential contamination of food and also to limit potential attraction of pests.

Observation: Plastic scoop for ice machine is chipped.
Corrective Action(s): Manager stated that a new scoop is being obtained. Ensure a new scoop that is smooth, non-porous, durable, non-toxic, easy to clean and sanitize, and suitable for intended purpose is available on site on or before March 21, 2024. The current scoop may potentially chip and may potentially contaminate ice with plastic.

304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)]
Observation: Mouse droppings observed in one cupboard located at bar located on east side of banquet hall. Two holes were observed in the cabinet wall.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure droppings are properly cleaned and affected area is disinfected today.
Ensure holes are properly sealed to prevent potential entry of pests by March 21, 2023.
Note: Pest control in place on a monthly basis.

Routine health inspection.
Food and beverage preparation/storage areas include the main kitchen, three bars, and two patio kitchenettes.
Note: Food premises was not in operation at the time of inspection.
All coolers measured 4 degrees C or less.
Freezer at -18 degrees C or less.
No hot holding at time of inspection.
Thermometers in place for cold holding units.
Food is covered. Dry storage satisfactory. Limited food product on site at time of inspection.
Hand sinks are accessible and are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
High temperature dishwasher achieved 73 degrees C at the utensil surface during the final rinse (required: 71 degrees C or hotter).
Bleach water sanitizer available at 200 ppm in labeled spray bottle. In addition, quats santiizer is available at 200 to 400 ppm from the dispenser.
Equipment and utensils in sanitary condition, with one noted exception.
Premises generally maintained in overall sanitary condition.
