Comments

As noted in above violations, an active rodent infestation is occurring. Premise does not appear any better maintained than last routine inspection.
Note that an absence of positive change will result in a closure order, with food being required to be removed from the premise until the infestation is under control.
This means this week is your last chance to clean up, declutter, and remove rodent damaged goods.
The rice bags found by EHO at time of inspection to be damaged by rodents MUST be immediately removed from the premise.
A thorough, deep clean is required by next week's follow up inspection.

Operator denies repackaging foods. Evidence is contrary to this claim:
- large bags of dry product
- small, unlabeled bags of the same dry product
- numerous weigh scales
- scoops
- empty bags
- "foodsaver" bag sealing machine
- opened, unlabeled bag of rice. Looks partially filled.

Standing cooler 3C
Freezers all functional.

Cleaning droppings:
- mix 1 part bleach with 9 parts water
- spray or soak droppings
- wipe up while wet
