Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)]
Observation: 1) Various sauces in squeeze bottles left at room temperature and did not observe any time stamping for when these bottles were filled:
-Ranch dressing
-BBQ sauce
-Garlic Parmesan sauce



2) Individually prepackaged dipping garlic sauce at room temperature. Operator indicated they were brought out approximately 2 hours prior to inspection (at opening).
Correction: 1) Above mentioned sauces in squeeze bottles discarded. Follow manufacturer's directions for all sauces being held at room temperature and time track them (record what time they were taken out of the fridge/filled). Ensure to wash/rinse/sanitize bottles before re-filling.

2) Move the dipping sauces to the walk in cooler. Do not leave out at room temperature.

Temperature logs now being maintained, ensure to keep recording the temperatures daily.
All garlic dip sauces are now being kept in walk in cooler
Large bottles of sauces now have time tracking stickers on them for when they were filled. Staff are following the corporate food safety plan time limits for all sauces kept at room temperature (with the time tracking stickers).
Thermometer available in bottom compartment of prep cooler.
