Observation: A large number of mouse droppings was observed on shelving in the storage room. Also, several food items had been chewed on and were discarded, including a 900g bag of coffee beans, a 450g package of cookies, and a bag of flour.
Corrective Action(s): Place all foods in sealed, pest proof containers today. Ensure that pest control is checking for mice and placing traps for mice as well. Provide the pest control report for the next inspection.

-Stand up refrigerator in the kitchen was turned off during the inspection.

All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Dishwasher final rinse cycle reached 80 C at the plate level.
Bleach solution available and was at 200 ppm
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
