Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The only sanitizing spray bottle on site measured at 50 ppm to 100 ppm quats. 200 ppm is required to be used as proper sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Discard and refill the sanitizing spray bottle with 200 ppm quats from the dispenser.
