Routine Inspection:

Kitchen Area:
- Hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel available at all hand wash stations
- 200ppm QUATS sanitizer available in spray bottles for food contact surfaces
- Low temperature dishwasher reached 50ppm chlorine at plate surface
- Walk in, preparation table, and line coolers were all 4C or lower; table top cooler was 7C during inspection - was left uncovered during lunch rush. Operator stated table top cooler is covered during non-rush hours and is able to maintain temperature of 4C or lower
- Walk in freezer was -18C or lower

Bar Area:
- Cooler was 4C or lower
- Fruits were stored on ice
- Glass dishwasher reached 12.5ppm iodine *Ensure to have glass dishwasher reach between 12.5-25ppm*

General:
- Food storage practices were good: food items were stored at least 6 inches off of the ground; food items were labeled and dated
- Temperature logs and chemical logs are maintained on a daily basis
- No evidence of pest activity during inspection
- General sanitation and cleanliness was adequate
