- General sanitation good
- Cooler temps </=4C; freezer temps </= -18C
- Chlorine (bleach) sanitizer present and being used at 200ppm
- Hand washing station stocked with hot/cold water, soap and paper towels
- High temp dishwasher reached 74C at plate surface
- No sign of pest activity
*- Temperature log present and being used - good! Please simplify by synchronizing the days with the calendar to make it easier to review and update
*- Temp of dishwasher reached adequate temp after 3 runs ~ do not wash dishes until 3 rns/warmed up.
