Observation: No bleach solution available to sanitize food contact surfaces. Bloody meats being handled on portable prep table during inspection. Sanitizer spray bottle could not be located during inspection. Bleach jug available in premise.
Corrective Action(s): 1.Ensure 100 ppm chlorine solution is available during operation to sanitize surfaces during operation and after handling potentially hazardous foods (bloody meats). All dirty surfaces must be immediately cleaned and sanitized after use to prevent contamination of next food product, equipment or food handler.
2.Ensure all sanitizer bottles are labelled and available in all food prep areas with clean wiping cloths. On going issue.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure no scoopers or other products are left in ice. The scooper handle and the outside of objects such as cans are not clean and can contaminate the ice. Store the ice scooper in a sanitary condition outside unit. Do not store any food or drink in ice unit.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure all areas where fruit flies are found is cleaned to remove possible harborage and food sources.

2.Dump mop water bucket and rinse mop after use and allow to air dry to prevent stale, dirty water.
