Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Mildew growth noted on the condenser panel of the ice machine. Turn off the machine, discard the ice product,and have the machine properly washed and sanitized.

Observation: Scoop handles were directly stored in the frozen fruit products. To prevent contamination of food, do not store the scoops directly in the food product.
Scissor for cutting the grass was stored in a container of stagnant water. To prevent the growth of bacteria, store the scissor in a container of ice and have it properly washed and sanitized at least every 4 hours or when all the ice has melted.

Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted:
Cooler units were at 4C and equipped with thermometers.
Freezer units at -18C.
3-compartment sink set-up. Quats concentration was at 200ppm.
Food items covered and stored at least 6 inches off the ground.
Container of yogurt stored in ice bath was at 4C internally.
