Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed chow mein at 35C. Staff stated the chow mein is reheated to order and was made earlier today.
Corrective Action(s): Chow mein is a potentially hazardous food and cannot be left out at room temperature. You may keep the chow mein in a hot holding unit at 60C or above OR in a cooler at 4C or below.

Chow mein was prepared 1.5 hours ago and was moved to cooler immediately. You may continue to reheat per order.
