Observation: 1. Mechanical dishwasher not on at time of inspection. Unable to determine if dishwasher is functional.
2. QUATS sanitizer measured ~100ppm at time of inspection
**Corrected during inspection** Staff refilled bottle from dispenser.
Ensure spray bottle of QUATS sanitizer is replaced daily. Empty bottle at end of day to ensure fresh solution is made daily.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Mechanical dishwasher is to be on at all times during operation. Previously, there was mention of the dishwasher and oven tripping the breaker when used simultaeously. Relocate oven to another outlet.
