Handwashing sink provided with liquid soap and paper towel Fridge: 4C Bleach solution in spray bottle at 200ppm chlorine concentration Valid Foodsafe Level 1 Certified staff on shift Serve morning and afternoon snack only from kitchen Note: Small number of fruit flies noted around organic waste. Ensure waste is taken out regularly and clean all surfaces with sanitizer to prevent breeding. Also suggested to operator to add a sticky fly trap - as long as not above food prep area.
