- FS trained staff on duty at time of visit. **Bleach solution is diluted still a bit strong ~ 200 ppm dilute max 100 ppm ** Operator could not locate the sanitizer test strips at time of visit. Provide sanitizer test strip and train staff to check concentration of sanitizer daily and record it. Send an email with a copy of confirmation re: registration of staff for FS training along with picture of sanitizer test strip via email to the area inspector no later then Feb 3-2023 fatemeh.emami@fraserhealth.ca No signature is obtained, discussed verbally a copy will be sent later via email.
