- Operator is preparing Jamaican patties (variety of fillings: chicken, beef, mushroom, and garden chili) at commissary kitchen. Operator is primarily making the vegetarian varieties.
- Product is sold frozen, direct to customer.
- Frozen product is transported in portable insulated coolers with ice packs. Delivery is only within the City of Vancouver.
- Operator had taken a break from production and will be resuming processing in July.
- Contract/agreement in place with YVR Prep based on hourly use. Time booked as needed when orders are received. Operate anticipates kitchen use to be twice monthly.
- Station in cold prep room used. Quats sanitizer present at station. Concentration measured 200ppm.
- Handsink supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Frozen, refrigerated and dry storage space present. Operator to resume lease of storage space prior to resuming processing. Storage space is needed as part of health approval.

- High temperature dishwasher operational and met sanitizing temperature required. Final rinse was 77.9C at dish surface.
