Routine inspection conducted:

KITCHEN
-Handwash station adequately supplied.
-Refrigeration temperatures satisfactory.
-Temperature monitoring system in place. Records kept up to date.
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 76.7'C at plate level after final rinse.
NOTE: Technician was on site at the time of inspection. Weekly visit made for maintenance. Dishwasher temperature records kept up to date.
-General food storage practice very good.
-Ventilation canopy hood maintained. Next cleaning - Jan 2017.
-Utensils/equipment maintained in sanitary condition.
-Ice machine in sanitary condition. Scoop stored in proper manner.
->100ppm chlorine solution available in labelled spray bottles throughout.
-Washrooms satisfactory. No evidence of pest activity observed.

-No foods stored at these areas.
NOTE: Ensure >100ppm chlorine solution is available for use when in use.
