Violation 501 is still active. Operator have had issues with logging into the FS website ( for refresher exam ), since they were requiring the ID number that owner did not have since he completed his FS in 2005. Tried to help out to clarify the issue but son of the owner was not cooperative at the time, to provide us an access to the logging website.
