Staff on duty was aware that dispenser was not working, but no temporary measure had been put in place in the interim. Corrective Action(s): Ensure liquid soap is always available for handwashing. Pump style soap dispenser was supplied at the time of the inspection. Violation Score: 5

-General sanitation was satisfactory -Live holding tanks appear well maintained and clean. Records present for maintenance. -Log sheet present with information from shellfish tags *Actual shellfish tags should be retained in addition to information on log sheet. -Temperature records were up to date -Display cooler were 4C or colder -Walk-in cooler was 2C -Quats sanitizer (200ppm) was available from dispenser at 3 compartment sink and in spray bottle; however, as per violation above, sanitizer was in incorrect spray bottle. -No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection.
