Observation: 1)Dishwasher had 0ppm chlorine after the final rinse (50-100ppm required) and no test strips were available on site. This is a continual repeat infraction, increased enforcement may result should this continue including a possible ticket of at least $230 per infraction. Unit could not be primed/repaired during inspection.
2) Sanitizer bottle had an excessive amount of bleach in it (solution bleached out strip). Only 100ppm is required.
Corrective Action(s): 1)Dishes can be washed in the dishwasher but must be manually sanitized until dishwasher is repaired. Repair dishwasher so that it can consistently maintain 50-100ppm chlorine at all times. Obtain test strips for daily monitoring.
2) Solution changed during inspection. Review with staff proper mixing instructions.
