-Concession stand is open from April to October of each year.
-Single use service utensils only.
-Upright refrigerator/freezer units were at 4C/-15C and 4C/-12C.
-Chest freezer was at -24C.
-Back upright freezers were at -20C/-22C.
-2-compartment sink shared with handwashing - supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Sink plugs and bleach available for cleaning and sanitizing.
-Bleach sanitizer prepared when concession stand is in use.
-Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection. Do not use poisons in the kitchen, unless placed by a professional pest control operator.
*To rapidly cool foods from 60C to 20C in 2 hours or less and from 20C to 4C in 4 hours or less, foods can be placed in shallow containers or in the freezer to rapidly cool
