Observation: 1. Hand sink along back row does not have sufficient hot water.
2. Final rinse gauge on dishwasher showed 95-100 C, yet final rinse on plate was only 71 C after 3 runs.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Have water temperature adjusted on hand sink so water coming out is warm approximately 45 C
2. Have final rinse gauge calibrated so it is accurately showing water temperature. Final rinse temperature should be 82 C at the gauge.

- Quat sanitizer was 200 ppm
- Dishwasher had a final rinse of 71 C on 3rd run after not being used for awhile.
- No signs of pest activity noted during inspection
- General sanitation is satisfactory, just a little dust build up on vent over dirty dish area.
