Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): (1) Food items in binds were stored in the walkin cooler on the floor and uncovered. Visible debris build-up on cooler fan was observed
Corrective Action: Food items must be stored 6" off the ground and be covered at all times to prevent contamination. Date to be Corrected by: Immediate
(2) Scoops & Bowls it food bins was observed throughout the facility.
Corrective Action: Remove scoops and bowls from bins that contain food items to prevent contamination.

(3) Pakoras stored in cardboard box in walkin cooler
Corrective Action: Food items must not be stored in cardboard boxes as this not a food grade, durable material that can not be washed and sanitized. Remove pakoras from box and place in food grade container.

Observation: Upstairs dry storage area had rodent droppings on bottom two shelves. Also rodent droppings underneath prep tables and dishwasher area.
Corrective Action: All areas with rodent droppings must be washed and sanitized with 1:10 bleach solution to prevent contamination of food items and to maintain sanitary conditions

Observation: Visible debris in corners and cracks, along lower shelves observed at time of inspection
Continuous dripping observed underneath upstiars dishwashing area.
Corrective Action: Remove all debris from cracks, crevices, lower shelves and floor. This provides food for pests and the infestation will continue if food is constantly provided.
Repair leaking pipe underneath dishwashing sink.

Observation: Hood vents, prep line back, spashes and floor had visible debris and grease build-up.
All cooler handles and seals had visible debris
Corrective Action: Hood vents, prep line area, all coolers must be washed and sanitized to prevent contamination of food items. Ensure regular monitoring of touch surfaces, so they can be regularly clean & sanitized.

Observation: Upstairs prep cooler was not functioning at time of inspection (measured between 15C - 19C).
Corrective Action: Do not use cooler until it can maintain temperatures of 4C or below.
Have cooler repaired or defrost it regularly. Temperatures must be monitored daily.
