Routine Inspection Conducted:
- Hand washing stations equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap and paper towels
- Prep coolers and walk in cooler at 4 C or below
- Walk in freezer at -19C
- Hot held products at 60 C or above
- Temperature records are available digitally and maintained daily
- Soups are defrosted in walk in cooler, reheated on the stove and then added into hot held unit
- Quats sanitizer buckets with wiping clothes measured to 200 ppm. Test strips available
- High temperature dishwasher reached 75.6 C at plate level during the final rinse cycle
- 3 compartment sink available with sink plugs
- Ice machine is maintained in sanitary manner, scoop stored outside of machine
- No pest activity observed during inspection, active pest control and monthly control visits from pest control professional
- Food stored and displayed 15 cm/6 inc off ground, covered and labelled
- Storage area is well organized
- General sanitation of facility is good
- Health permit posted in visible location
