Observation: Mould observed in the ice machine.
Correction: Discard ice then clean and sanitize the ice machine as per your sanitation plan. Correct this by: April 14, 2022.

Follow up inspection to the report # JGUU - CDEUBM was conducted.
Ice machine in sanitary condition.
Spray can pesticides were removed from the kitchen.
Open bags of foods were relocated to a food grade container with a tight fitting lid.
Appropriate food scoops observed.
General sanitation improvement required, especially behind the grill and in the dish pit.

** Sandwich cooler by the server station was measured at 8C. Currently, non-potentially hazardous foods are stored here (e.g., ketchups). Cooler to be serviced if potentially hazardous foods are to be stored here.
