Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Less than 100 ppm quats solution measured from the sanitizing bucket. This is a repeated violation.
Corrective Action(s): Discard the solution in the sanitizing bucket and refill it with 200 ppm quats solution. Increase the frequency of changing the solution if 200 ppm concentration can not be maintained.

Observation: Dried food debris observed on the vegetable presser.
Correction: Clean and sanitize the vegetable presser. Follow proper procedures to take the presser apart. Presser must be cleaned and sanitized every 4 hours. Correct by: Immediately.

Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: Cold water faucet for the back kitchen hand washing station was turned off. Staff stated cold water faucet is leaking.
Correction: Fix the leaking to ensure hot / cold running water is provided at this hand washing station. Correct by: Jul 24, 2020.
