Observation: Final rinse pressure gauge on the dishwasher observed to be not displaying the correct pressure when the final rinse cycle is engaged. Gauge is displaying 0psi when the final rinse cycle is engauged.
Drain piping observed to be leaking inside the walk in freezer
Corrective Action(s): Repair/replace gauge so that the correct final rinse pressure is displayed (As per manufacturere's design).
Until repaired recommend purchasing a peak holding thermometer.
Repair drip as discussed.
