Observation: Poor cleaning noted for walls, behind/under equipment, ceiling and ceiling light in walk in cooler

Observation: Lights in kitchen does not have cover.
Corrective Action(s): - Provide proper cover or for each light plastic sleeves to prevent any contamination in case of breakage.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No one with FS training available at time of visit. Manager is called to come in and he came.
Corrective Action(s): - Ensure to have enough FS trained staff to have at least one on duty at ALL TIME

- Temp all coolers and freezers are satisfactory

** Paper towel and liquid soap are provided at hand washing siinks except the hand sink in the back it wasn't accessible and lacks liquid soap- Provide liquid soap and paper towel and make the sink accessible at all time.
** Hot holding for Pizza 40 oC , manager confirmed that timer is set for holding time for ONLY 1 Hr and left over will be discarded - ensure time temp management for this process
