Routine check of store selling produce, cheese, eggs, deli meats (sliced in store), and some processed foods such as quiche from an approved source (receipt available).
No cooking of food or preparation of food for immediate consumption. Food store only.
Eggs - most eggs are stored in the coolers. Bring out eggs to front counter only as needed to be used quickly within 1 - 2 hours.
Coolers are at 4 C or colder (egg cooler, 4 door cooler, 2 display coolers).
Dates on meats and receipts for meats available - good.
Double sink is located in front area.
Liquid soap, paper towels in dispenser, and hot/cold water are provided for hand washing and also provided at sink in staff washroom.
Non-latex disposable gloves are also available.
See above regarding meat slicer - wash, rinse, sanitize, and air dry every 4 hours.
Cleaning - remove any unneeded items and follow a routine cleaning schedule (clean cupboards and floors more regularly). |
