A routine inspection was completed, the following observations were made: - Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -14C or colder; and thermometers present. - Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle had [Cl2] of 200ppm. - All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labeled; date coded; foods stored in groups with raw chicken separate from other foods; and food stored 6" off the floor. - No expired foods in use. FIFO rules being followed. - General sanitation level is good. Staff clean canopy every week and filters washed every month. Next professional cleaning due in March 2023, as per service sticker. - No signs of pests. - FoodSafe Level 1 certified staff present. Certificate expires 2025. - 3-comp sink used for washing and sanitizing. Bleach present for sanitizing. - All in order.
