Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ice scoop stored inside ice bin in ice maker. This may introduce contamination to the ice as hands touch scoop handle. Operator removed ice scoop from the ice bin, washed and sanitized ice scoop and stored in a sanitary container out of ice bin.

Routine inspection
- Hand washing stations very well supplied with liquid soap and paper towels. Staff adequate hand washing observed at the time of inspection
- Cooling units measured at or below 4 C. ice cream freezers measured at or below -18 C.
- 3-Comp sink maintained. QUAT in dispenser detected 200- 400 ppm. Sani-buckets are to be filled with sanitizer and wiping cloths stored inside QUAT solution.
- Ice cream dipper well maintained.
- Ice cream machine cleaning and sanitizing discussed. Sanitation plan available for new ice cream maker.
- Staff aprons noted clean and maintained.
- No sign of pest activity noted this date.
