Observation: Droppings observed along floor-wall junctions in the following areas:
> In the warehouse area, between and behind stored pallets - significantly by boxes of sunflower seeds.
> In the walk-in cooler.
> In the sample/demo area by the door to the gym.
Corrective Action(s): Remove droppings, clean and sanitize above mentioned areas as per your sanitation plan.
> Removal of droppings and consistent monitoring will help to determine if droppings are old or new.

Routine

Facility does production, repackaging, distribution of non-perishables, dry goods and snacks.

> Walk-in cooler: 4C
> Sanitizer on site: PAA67 100-300ppm, peracetic acid based no rinse solution. Facility has a titration kit used to verify the concentration, testing is done once a day and recorded on daily checklist.
> Handsink upon entry into production area is supplied with hot+cold water, liquid soap and paper towels.
> Hair restraints worn by all staff in production and repackaging areas.
> General sanitation good - except for above mentioned areas.
> Pest control on site twice a week, services provided by Orkin.
> Last on site visits were Oct 4 and Oct 10 - identified droppings mainly in the warehouse area.
> Please forward the next 2 pest control reports to EHO for review after service.
> HACCP plan undergoes review every year - most recent review was June 2022.
