Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Paper towel unit at serving staff hand washing station is not protected from contamination. It is stored on the counter and becomes wet when staff wash their hands.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure paper towels stay clean by properly storing or mounting the unit. Paper towels should stay clean for hand drying. Correction required immediately.

Observation: Walk in freezer food products measured at -13.6C chicken wings. Records indicated freezer is at -6C this morning before the start of the shift.
Corrective Action(s): Frozen products need to be stored at -18C or below in freezers. Ensure this unit can reach this temperature daily. Change setting or repair unit as needed. Correction required in two days.

Premise overall is sanitary. No signs of pest at the time of inspection.

Dishwasher final rinse 100 ppm chlorine detected at the plate.
