Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-BEMT47:

- Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration. Continue to monitor the dishwasher everyday using appropriate chlorine test strips.
- All handwashing stations easily accessible by staff. No equipment or utensils stored inside the sinks.
- Most food items were stored covered with plastic wraps or tight fitting lids.
- Double stacking of food items not observed.
- Daily temperature logs kept up to date and available for review.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. Ensure to follow the recommendations by the professional pest control company.
- General sanitation has improved. Most of the areas noted in the previous report have been cleaned and washed. The shelving units in the walk in cooler need further cleaning.
- Working thermometers available in all coolers.
