Reinspection based on previous Inspection Report. - Sanitation: Improved. Facility is to be kept clean and organized at all times. establish cleaning schedules for all staff. - Manual Dishwashing: Ensure all food contact surfaces are being cleaned and disinfected after use. (ie: 1 tsp bleach per litre of water) - Wiping cloth storage discussed. Cloths used on food contact surfaces are to be stored in a sanitizer at all times. - Structurally: Oven ceiling condensation leak pending. Repair asap. Thank you.
